We only accept 100% original songs that you fully own. You must have rights to both the master recording and the composition.

Not accepted: Covers or remixes without license, AI-generated tracks without rights, beats/loops/instrumentals downloaded from free/third-party sites without a commercial license, or any copyrighted material you don’t own.

Accepted: Original compositions and high-quality masters with proper metadata and rights documentation.

Artwork must be square (minimum 3000×3000 px), JPEG or PNG, RGB color profile, high-resolution and not blurred.

Do not include on artwork: promotional/marketing text such as “NEW SONG”, “Official Video”, resolution tags like “HD/4K”, or labels such as “Audio”. Do not include social media logos, QR codes, visible URLs, watermarks, or third-party branding you do not own.

If artist name or title appears on the artwork, the spelling must exactly match the metadata you submit. If a legal name appears on the image, submit the same legal name in metadata.

Accepted formats: WAV (preferred — 16-bit/44.1kHz or better) and MP3 (allowed). WAV masters are recommended for best quality.

Do not submit files with test tones, countdowns, spoken/reference markers, or long silence at start/end. Files must be final mastered versions.

Publishing typically takes 10–15 calendar days after submission and approval. Festival/holiday closures or required metadata corrections can cause additional delays; DSP review processes may sometimes extend this timeframe.

Mandatory: Provide full legal names of the lyricist and composer for each track.

Optional: Add producers, featured artists, publishers and split percentages. Attach split sheets or agreements when multiple parties share rights.

Initial DSP reporting for a new release generally arrives in about 4–5 months after approval. Once DSPs send funds to us, payouts to artists/rights-holders are processed in approximately 1 month. Typical total time from approval to payout is around 5–6 months, depending on DSP timing and verification.

Ensure your payment and tax information in your profile is complete and up to date to avoid withholding or delays.

Once a release is approved and published by us, you cannot request a takedown or transfer to another distributor for 3 months, except in exceptional legal circumstances supported by valid documentation.

To support OAC verification we require the artist to have at least 10 approved releases from our catalog, and an official YouTube channel containing those tracks. The official channel should have a minimum of 100 subscribers. Final enrollment decisions are made by YouTube.

The artist should have at least 3 approved releases with us that are live and associated with the same artist identity on Instagram to qualify for linking and profile features.
