Refund Policy
Please review this policy before purchasing or activating a plan or service. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. General rule
DivineEpic Music does not offer refunds for fees or charges once the relevant service has been activated, work has commenced, or a digital distribution, account, verification or rights-management service has been provided. Please review the selected plan and service details carefully before making a payment.
2. Subscription, plan and service fees
Plan fees, setup fees, distribution-related service charges and other fees are non-refundable once the service or associated work has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly confirmed in writing by DivineEpic Music.
3. Exceptions and payment errors
If you believe a payment was duplicated, charged in error, or taken for a service that was not activated due to an issue attributable to DivineEpic Music, contact support with the transaction reference and relevant details. Each request will be reviewed. This clause does not promise a refund and does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
4. Third-party platform decisions
A release being rejected, delayed, restricted, demonetized or removed by a DSP, distributor, aggregator, rights-management provider or other third party does not by itself qualify for a refund, because such decisions and processing are outside DivineEpic Music’s direct control.
5. User breach or rights issues
No refund is available for service restrictions, release removal or account action resulting from inaccurate information, unauthorized content, rights disputes, artificial streaming, fraud, policy violations or other breach by the User, subject to applicable law.
6. How to contact us
For a payment review, email info@divineepic.com and include the account email, service or plan, payment date and transaction reference. Do not send full card numbers or passwords.
